The Wayfinder Office Hours program is designed to provide access to professional expertise for co-op members. Industry professionals give their time to offer advice and guidance to those looking to grow their businesses.
For the last 10 years Todd has managed his own consulting practice providing financial, operational and administrative guidance and expertise to start-up, early stage and less mature brands. He operates as a CFO, COO, mentor, advisor, strategist and partner to brands in the sports (apparel and hard goods), retail, alcohol beverage and food industries. His practice focuses on is “building brands with financial and operational guidance.” Prior to starting his own practice he held executive financial roles with Spyder, Airwalk, and brandbase.
The goal of holding office hours would be to allow start-up and early stage companies/entrepreneurs the opportunity to spend time with an experienced finance and operations professional. Similar to office hours held by a professor, this allows individuals to ask questions and obtain a better understanding of all aspects financial, operational and admin and how they relate to building a brand.
