Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book an event?
First step, contact us using the booking link above with some information about your event (the more the better!). Our Executive Director will contact you for more information and next steps to make your event flawless and successful. A 50% non-refundable deposit, signed contract, and pre-authorized credit card are due at booking to lock in your date, with the remaining amount due 30 days from event date.
Do you offer a non-profit rate?
Member registered 501(c)3 non-profits receive the member rate of 50% off listed rates. Non-member registered 501(c)3 non-profits receive 25% off listed rates.
What if I have to cancel my event?
Any event canceled up to seven (7) days before the event will forfeit the 50% non-refundable deposit. Within seven (7) days a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the full event rental fee.
Do you require an event coordinator?
Included in the event space rental is a designated event coordinator who will be on-site during your event to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
How does setup/breakdown work for events? And what about cleaning?
Event hosts are responsible for all set-up, break-down, and cleaning for your event. For more information, check out our Terms and Conditions. You may elect to hire our cleaning crew to clean up after your event, or you can clean yourself to meet our cleaning standards We will provide you with a list of what is expected, and if unmet, the event host will be charged a fee.
Can I buy extra hours outside of my contracted hours?
We are a co-working space first, so if we are to accommodate your request for additional hours, we would be happy to do so for a rate of $200/hour. We are happy to talk with you about the full scope of your event. Any unscheduled time outside of contracted hours will result in a fee.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payment will be completed through our booking system.
Can I bring my four legged friend?
Dogs and other animals are not allowed at events - indoor or outdoor. Service animals in uniform accepted.
Is food available?
We have an on-site cafe with light food available. We welcome food trucks as well as food catering services. To arrange any food trucks or outside food, contact us for more information.
Are live music events allowed?
Yes! There is an additional $100 fee and we need a minimum of 45 days notice. Musicians are expected provide their own equipment and must abide by our noise policy.
What's your alcohol policy?
Alcohol must be exclusively purchased through Wayfinder's alcohol vendors or from our on-site bar. Beer and wine only.
What's your smoking policy?
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the building, including vaping or marijuana. Outdoor smoking is only allowed in designated smoking area.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have a shared parking lot with ~40 first come, first serve parking space and two handicapped spots. You can reserve parking for an additional fee pending availability. Vehicles are not allowed overnight and are subject to towing at owner's expense. Ample parking is available on nearby street.
What's included in my event rental fee?
Included in your event space rental fee are your contracted hours including an hour each of setup and break down, bar service, AV equipment, re-arrangeable furniture, wi-fi, kitchenette access, and parking.
What is not included in my event space rental fee?
Your event space rental fee does not include: alcohol/beverages, food, ice, additional permitting needs, additional bathroom rentals, staff (cleaning, general event staff, security etc.), insurance, reserved parking, catering facilities, vendor management etc. Contact us with any direct questions.
