COWORKING SPACE

Wayfinder offers over 7,500 square feet of shared and private office space for the outdoor inspired. Whether you’re part of the outdoor industry or simply enjoy getting outside, we offer a wide array of membership options to get you through the work week so you can get after it on the weekend.

Our tenants work in the outdoor industry, travel, design, tech, PR, health and fitness, finance, nonprofits and beyond. Simply walk across the hall for insight and tips from a fellow member or take advantage of free office hours with branding, legal, and finance pros.

CO-OP

We're a service co-op (cooperative) providing workspace for entrepreneurs looking to network, get out of the house or coffee shop, and be part of a rad community of outdoor pros.

Not only do you guide the direction and culture of the co-op, but you also get ownership which is shared among all co-op members, creating a uniquely collaborative atmosphere. This means that you get to weigh-in on decisions that affect you, share in the wealth when we have a good year (yay dividends!), and choose the board of directors.

Hut trips, river floats, and monthly happy hours are just a few of the perks. Wayfinder now operates Otero Taproom where all revenue is part of the cooperative. A full service coffee shop is also opening November 2019.
